The thing I have spent the most time on in this blog is: instead of writing, I've been trying to crack the code in the template settings in order to decrease the italicism of the words: "Recent" and "Archives"

yeah, you'll go bonkers (or at the very least, bananas) trying to "decrease the italicism" - whatever, God be with you, that means - as one, and I'm speaking strictly from the point of view of a professional fontist, what you are referring to is decidedly "script" as opposed to (or is it aligned with?) italicized. second most notedly, those are images, and you can't fuck with images, unless you're a pixel manipulator.
i've known many pixel manipulators in my day. edgar von bouziak, doctor funktastic, even j. jonah jamesaurus jex, and you sir, are no pixel manipulator. a sarcastic and witty sumvabitch, perhaps. a blog-hogging duelist, most notably. but a pixel manipulator, ha! I laugh at the thought of the length of this post and in reply deny you the proper severance package.

He is right. They are images. If they were text you could remove the italics. You still would not be able to reduce it. That is ridiculously stupid.

There was a delay in transfer. This explains why I published the comment above a second time. It was not my fault, the dumb internet is too slow.
